Barley
The barley harvest in Russia has remained at a high level over the past two years, which has led to the accumulation of large reserves. The excess of barley on the market stimulated a decrease in prices in 2023. However, there are still problems with its storage, which negatively affects the quality of products. Despite the lower prices, maintaining the quality and preserving the value of barley remain urgent tasks for the agricultural sector, which requires improving the storage infrastructure.
